If you have always dreamt of owning your own narrowboat, but spiralling prices have always got in the way, then Lily The Third might just be the boat you thought you would never obtain. Admittedly at this price you are not going to get all the bells, whistles and modern appliances that most boats these days come equipped with, but as they say, sometimes, less is more! Lily the Third can accommodate four people, with a make-up double in the saloon. When plugged in to a landline, hot water can be provided by the immersion. Whilst out cruising or on the towpath, hot water is heated by the engine and cabin warmth is provided by the solid fuel stove. 230V power is provided by a Victron 1.6kW inverter/charger. The offset shower room houses a shower cubicle, cassette wc and wash basin, whilst the compact galley is equipped with a gas cooker and under counter fridge. Propulsion is by BMC 1.5, 30hp diesel engine. All in all a lovely simple boat ideal for first time owners or even a single handed skipper.
