At just under 50ft, Hilarity is capable of exploring most of the canals and rivers of the connected inland waterways system. She has been a comfortable boat for two over the years with overnight guests being accommodated on the single Futons in the saloon. Cabin heating is provided by a compact diesel boiler which compliments the engine for providing hot water. There is also the Hamlet solid fuel stove in the saloon for those that like the additional warmth and ambience. Currently, 230V power is provided by the landline but it should not prove too difficult to have an inverter installed. A small solar panel helps to keep the cabin batteries topped up. Hilarity has benefitted from a hull survey (available to read when booking a viewing) and blacking in March 2024 and is ready for you to move onboard, with plenty of scope to make changes and upgrades as time and funds allow.
