Based on a shell from Aintree, Hemma has been built and certified (via HPiVS) by her owner, using an interesting combination of laminate and ply, to create a modern, REVERSE layout floating home. Presented in pristine condition, Hemma, which means 'at home', offers a spacious saloon for your freestanding furniture. The galley is equipped with gas cooking appliances, an under-counter fridge, ample Iroko block worktop space and plenty of cupboards. Mid-ships, you will find an intriguing dinette area reminiscent of yacht design, featuring a central table a cosy spot to relax that transforms into a double bed in the evening. The master bedroom at the fore has a permanent single bed, with an additional make-up single available. Central heating is by MV Hydro compact diesel boiler complemented by a solid fuel stove. 230V power when not connected to the shore, is provided by the Victron Multiplus 3kW inverter/charger with trickle charging of the batteries by the 100W solar panel. Propulsion is by Beta 43 diesel engine with only 342 hours of use. Additionally, a bow thruster tube with watertight bulkhead is installed, ready for a future bow thruster installation if desired.
