Stoke-on-Trent Boatbuilders have been esteemed constructors of luxury narrowboats for the private market since the early 90's, renowned for their craftmanship and exquisite joinery. Every detail is custom crafted, precise and durable, as proven on this delightful well maintained craft. Her smooth running Beta B43 engine provides ample power with handling enhanced by a Vetus bow thruster. The spacious well deck features a cratch cover, and a removable tonneau cover protects the semi-trad deck. Ashdown is based on a popular Rudyard class semi-trad, with additions specified by the previous owner. Her layout was specifically designed for extended or full time cruising for two. The well equipped galley includes a compact washing machine, with space available for a full size model if preferred. A 3kW inverter/charger, supplied by a 500Ah battery bank, powers the 230V system when a landline is unavailable. Ample storage is provided throughout, including a large walk-in cupboard with shelves and hanging space.
