Midnight was purchased as an additions sailaway from Liverpool Boat Company, with the current owner completing the fit-out. A post construction assessment is scheduled prior to sale to ensure full RCD compliance. Designed in the popular REVERSE layout style, the galley is conveniently located at the aft, featuring an under counter fridge and separate freezer, a 6kg washing machine, gas hob and a Panasonic countertop combi oven/microwave. The saloon includes two swivel chairs and solid fuel stove, with additional heating provided by 230V panel heaters. While an Eberspacher diesel boiler with radiators is installed, the boiler is disconnected due to being inoperative. Hot water is heated by engine and immersion. The bedroom at the fore features a permanent double which can be extended across the width of the boat. 230V power is supplied by landline, a Mastervolt 2.5kW inverter/charger and a Victron 0.3kW inverter, supported by a 100A charger and four 100W solar panels for off-grid capability.
