Lexa is crafted by two highly respected names in the industry - Colecraft Engineering, with their long history since the early days of the leisure boat industry, and Rugby Boats, who, although no longer trading, were known for their quality workmanship and sensible design. The interior of Lexa features oak panels and solid pine boarding, the latter of which has mellowed to a warm golden tone. The saloon includes a large sofa bed, a drop down seat opposite and a table on desmo legs for dining. The galley is equipped with a gas cooker, an under counter fridge, and a side hatch for light and ventilation. The shower room includes a shower cubicle, washbasin and pump-out toilet. Propulsion is by a Lister HRW3 located in its own engine room, and at the aft, a traditional scumbled Boatman's cabin with the aft and side doors painted by the late Ron Hough. While Lexa would benefit from some TLC, with particular attention to the solid fuel stove and range, this is reflected in her price. She therefore represents an ideal opportunity for someone who is happy to carry out some remedial work and an exterior repaint in the not too distant future which would make her shine like new.
