The first owner completed the fit-out to a high standard using oak plywood, adding a unique charm with a dollhouse feature on the cupboard door in the aft cabin. Designed primarily as a cosy two person boat, Jessica offers flexibility in the spacious 13 foot saloon, allowing room for freestanding furniture, a sofa bed, or fixed seating if additional sleeping space is needed. Perfectly equipped for life afloat, she includes essentials like a fridge, separate freezer and washing machine. The saloon, ideal for both relaxing and dining, includes a diesel fired stove with back boiler connected to large bore pipework, ensuring warmth throughout the cabin. Hot water is provided by the calorifier, heated by engine, boiler or immersion. Additionally, a bank of 300W solar panels help keep the batteries charged, reducing the need to run the engine frequently, especially on sunny days.
