Freebyrd is a boat we know well, having previously sold her in 2015. Since then, she has been home to her current owner for the past ten years, proving herself as a comfortable and capable liveaboard vessel. Built on a Collingwood shell and fitted out by the popular Orchard Marina, Freebyrd has been intentionally designed at a go anywhere length of 57ft. Her interior features oak linings and solid oak floors throughout, with oak block worktops in the shower room & mid-positioned galley. Designed for life afloat, she comes equipped with a 3kW Victron inverter, a 20A charger and 2 x 50W solar panels, supplying power to onboard applicances such as the microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The spacious saloon cabin contains a double sofa bed, as well as a solid fuel Morso stove positioned in the fore end of the cabin. After a decade of continuous use, Freebyrd does now show some signs of wear and tear, and would benefit from a little TLC to restore her to her former glory. Her condition is reflected in the price. Propulsion is by a Canaline 38 diesel engine, aided by a Vetus 12V bowthruster.
